Respect for Intellectual Property
Boredmood Studios respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to upload and share content on the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Audio files, samples, and music tracks uploaded to DJ Maker
- Images and videos uploaded to the Explore canvas or community feed
- Moodboard content created in Studio
- Event information and promotional materials
AI-Generated Content
AI-generated images created through our Studio are produced by third-party AI models. Users should be aware that AI outputs may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works. Users are responsible for verifying the originality of generated content before commercial use.
Filing a DMCA Takedown
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on the Platform, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to copyright@boredmood.studio including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- URL or location of the infringing content on our Platform
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief
- A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to copyright@boredmood.studio with your contact information, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake.
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon the copyrights of others.
